(Unique Code 41041) of the PdA of GAL Terras de Olia
Purpose
- Activation of investment for non-agricultural enterprises
Project Title
- Implementation of experiential hall and environmental trails in Planargia
Project Description
The applicant company's intention is to improve its business by making it competitive and cutting-edge.
These goals were achieved with the implementation of the investments proposed in the application and which enabled the company
to equip itself with a fully equipped room, adjacent to the winemaking cellar, dedicated to multifunctionality and agritourism activities.
Enter their agricultural, viticulture and olive growing activities, considering them as real elements of the rural landscape to be offered to the visitor,
and to be included in the territorial routes, where the winery and tasting room are used in the innovative sphere.
The development program included the creation of an experiential room, where the processing activity (winery) is combined with a cultural/experiential room to create a unique space in which tourists/guests can immerse themselves before and after the experience of the guided territorial tour.
The routes within the territory of Planargia will lead the visitor to a space that will be a small living room, immersed in the historic center of Bosa, in which cultural activities and sensory workshops can be carried out, but also simply take a break immersed in the silence and history of the ancient village of Bosa. Other routes then will be articulated from the farm and will continue with excursions and walks that will involve internal movements on foot, or by bicycle, through the use of maps, which will guide the visitor along paths that are located in the surroundings and will unravel in the territory of Planargia passing by rural churches, springs of spring water, nuraghi, the Temo river, the route of the green train and the sea, without neglecting other iconic symbols and synthesis of millennia of Sardinian history.
The project intervention focuses on the promotion of agricultural activity and the development of "slow" tourism services in and around Bosa. The activity promoted goes toward a process of re-actualization of the artisan activitỳ inherited from the family, opening up to the territory and its potential.
