Shipping Methods

Transportation cost varies depending on the number of bottles ordered.

• 01. We ship worldwide
• 02. Our shipments have a tracking number
  and will be shipped within 3-4 days after payment is received.
• 3. Delivery to Italy within 48-72 working hours from the time the order is placed.
  An extra day may be needed for the Islands and southern Italy.
• 4. Import tax and VAT may be charged for deliveries abroad, according to state-specific law.
  These expenses are difficult to predict and are out of our control.
  Any such charges will be borne by the buyer.
• 5. We are not responsible for delays or loss of items due to customs or postal services, plus,
  if necessary, you are responsible for picking up your item at the nearest post office.

Damaged products

• 1. In the case of receiving damaged goods or goods that do not conform to the order placed,
  an e-mail may be sent to info@luigimasia.it, describing extent of damage
  and attaching photographic material relating to the original packaging and products.
• 2. The report must be received no later than 3 days after receipt of the item.
